Welcome to my blog! This is a place for me to write and share with family, friends and those who stumble upon our story. The most recent story begins in November 2011 with the "July 11th" post. The prequel to this story began back in June 2011 with the "The making of CCA" post.

Vaca Part 1: Ft Negley

Our vacation this year was one filled with adventures, family, makin' memories and a lot of firsts. The first day we drove to Nashville, Tennessee and stayed with family. The second day we did some site-seeing starting with Ft Negley. This Fort was built by the North during the Civil War after TN seceded. It was the largest fort built inland during the war. It was partially rebuilt and is open to the public. It has some beautiful views and neat history.
