Minnesota Bound

After a family funeral in Northern Minnesota, we spent a day at Itasca State Park to see the head waters of the Mississippi River. If you have never had the chance to walk in the river, I recommend it! It is so beautiful!

We stayed one extra day and joined more family for a reunion, including lots of food and karaoke. While the adults were not too keen on singing into a mic, the kids jumped in and even our own Darling Daughter took her turn singing Jingle Bells and Amazing Grace.
